1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Solitaire Traditional Poker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Solitaire Traditional Poker is a free-to-play spider solitaire card game. The App is supported by advertisements and may offer optional in-app purchases in future updates.

Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to graphics, design, and code, are the property of Chestnut Ads Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Advertisements and Purchases

The App displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these ads.

Any in-app purchases made through the Google Play Store are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law. All purchases are subject to Google's payment terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHESTNUT ADS LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
